Gerber LMF II Survival Knife Review

Gerber LMF II was designed for crews of US Air Force. In case of a crash, crew members might need to cut through live wires. That meant that knife in question would require very good insulation. To achieve this, Gerber filled glass between portion between tang and glass breaker. It comes with MOLLE compatible sheath, strap cutter and additional straps to secure it.

Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Knife Review

Most of you may know Bear Grylls, thanks to his show Man vs Wild. And lot of you may know about Gerber. No not the baby food brand but the knife maker. Bear Grylls and Gerber have tied up to offer knives and other survival tools under 'Bear Grylls' range. Keeping background of both entities in mind, we were excited about reviewing products from Bear Grylls range.

We decided to review one such survival knife called Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate. To know more about our take on this knife, watch this review. Blooper alert: I kept on saying 'Jerber' instead of 'Gerber' all the time.

Let's admit it that most of us are slaves to technology. We think that we'll be stuck without our smart phones and tablets. Introduction to Savaj Outdoors

One fine day Yograj and I were chatting and sipping tea at my office. We were discussing how there is lack of awareness about outdoor activities in general and camping/hiking in particular. We felt that there are lot of misconceptions around these activities. Since both of us love outdoors, we thought about starting a YouTube channel. We decided to name it Savaj Outdoors.

Savaj is colloquial term used for Asiatic Lion in Gir region of Gujarat, India. Since Lion is a symbol of strength, courage and independent spirit, there could not be any better name for this channel.

In course of our tryst with outdoors, we have acquired and developed skills helpful for outdoors. We decided to share our experiences on this channel. In addition to that we will also share tips, do gear reviews, conduct Q&A sessions and more stuff related to camping and outdoors. In short, we will help you bring out the explorer in you. 

Here's a quick introduction to our channel. Since this is our first video, we managed to mess up sound quality and editing. But hey, we are improving as we go. So stay tuned.
